Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 pay $20.00 delivery. The checkout shows the delivery cost before you pay.

Delivery times

Every order ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 20 days of dispatch. We email your tracking number when your order ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver to: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the country of dispatch can be charged import duty or tax by the customs office of your country. The buyer pays these charges.

Returns: change of mind

If you live in the UK or the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Customers in other countries get the same 14 days.

To cancel, email testbrutef@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days end. We reply with the return address.

Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you sent it. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Returns: faulty, damaged or wrong item

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email testbrutef@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We send a replacement or give a full refund, including delivery. You do not pay any return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email testbrutef@gmail.com. We send the order again or give a full refund.
