How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 pay $20.00.

How long does delivery take?

Every order ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 20 days of dispatch.

Where is my order?

We email your tracking number when your order ships. If you cannot find it, email testbrutef@gmail.com with your order number.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Will I pay customs charges?

Customs offices can charge import duty or tax on orders from abroad. The buyer pays these charges.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. The full rules are on our Delivery & Returns page.
