These terms

Orders

When you place an order, you get an email that confirms we received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has shipped.

We can refuse or cancel an order if an item is no longer available, or if a price on the website is clearly wrong. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the full price, delivery and any taxes before you pay. Payment is taken by our secure checkout provider when you place the order.

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product. Sizes and weights are as listed for each product.

Product reviews on this website are from buyers of that exact item. We do not edit them, and we show every star rating.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
