Fish Head Spinner Metal VIB Lure 20g

Product Details

This fish head spinner is a 20g metal lure that combines a fish-shaped jig head, a VIB body and a rotating spoon blade. It is made for both ocean fishing and freshwater, so it earns a place in a sea bag and a river or lake box alike. A VIB (vibration bait) is a compact, sinking blade-style body that shakes hard on the lift and the retrieve. Adding a spinning spoon gives extra flash and a second source of vibration, which helps predators home in on it in deep, coloured or fast water.

At 20g it casts a long way and sinks quickly, so you can work it close to the bottom or count it down to fish suspended in mid-water. Try a steady retrieve first, keeping the spoon turning. Then switch to lift-and-drop: raise the rod tip sharply to make the body vibrate and the blade spin, and let it flutter back down on a semi-tight line, where most strikes come. From the shore, cast it out over drop-offs, channels and harbour walls. From a boat, fish it vertically under the rod tip. Sold as 1 piece.
