Small Fishing Hook Red Barbed Size 0.5-8 (Pack of 11)

Product Details

This small fishing hook is a mini size red barbed hook, offered in sizes 0.5# to 8# and made to catch fish from 50g to 2000g. It comes as a pack of 11 pieces.

Small hooks are the key to catching shy fish on light tackle. A small hook hides inside a bait, does not weigh it down, and lets the bait move naturally on a float or a light ledger. The red colour can look like a speck of blood or a small food item, and it blends into red baits. The barb holds the fish on and keeps baits from sliding off. Pick the smallest size for tiny baits and small fish, and step up the size as the bait and the target fish get bigger. Check the point after each snag and replace any hook that has opened or gone blunt.
