Snakehead Lure Frog Kit Single Double Hook (5 Lures)

Product Details

This snakehead lure kit holds 5 artificial frog lures made to target snakehead, with single and double hooks in high carbon steel and spin wire. Snakehead live in shallow, weedy water and ambush prey from under pads, mats and thick cover. A frog is a natural meal for them, and a frog-shaped lure worked through that cover is one of the classic ways to draw a strike.

Cast past the target, then work the frog back in short twitches with pauses, so it hops and swims like a frog moving between pads. Snakehead often blow up on the lure or follow it before they hit. Wait a moment until you feel the weight of the fish, then set the hook hard and keep its head up, away from the weed. The single and double high carbon steel hooks give a firm hold on a hard, bony mouth.

• Frog shape matches a natural snakehead meal in weedy, shallow water
• Single and double hooks in high carbon steel give a firm hold on a hard mouth
• Spin wire build, made to be worked through weedy cover
• Twitch-and-pause retrieve makes the frog hop like a live frog between pads
• Kit of 5 lures gives spares when one is lost in heavy weed
