This tin jig head has a stand design and an overturned, barbed hook made from 5H high hardness tungsten steel.

The stand head rests on the bottom with the hook point turned up, so a soft bait stays raised where fish can see it and the jig snags less on rocks and weed. The high hardness hook resists bending when you set the hook hard or pull a fish from cover, and the barb holds both the bait and the fish. Rig a soft bait, let the jig settle, then drag and hop it slowly with long pauses. Most bites come while the bait stands still.
