Worm Hook Barbed High Carbon Size 6-5/0 (Pack of 10)

Product Details

This worm hook is a barbed fishhook in high carbon steel, made for soft lure baits and sold as a lot of 10 pieces in sizes 6# to 5/0#. A worm hook carries a soft bait so it sits straight and swims or falls in a natural way. The barb grips the plastic, so the bait stays in place through the cast and keeps its shape when it bumps along the bottom.

The size range covers a lot of fishing. Use the small sizes with slim, short baits for finesse work, and the larger sizes for long or bulky baits. Thread the bait onto the hook so it lies straight, and bury the point back in the plastic when you fish near weed or snags. Set the hook firmly so the point comes through the bait into the fish.

• Barb grips the soft bait so it does not slide down the shank
• Barb also holds the fish through the fight
• High carbon steel keeps a sharp point and holds its shape
• Sizes 6# to 5/0# match slim finesse baits through to bulky soft baits
• Lot of 10 pieces for re-rigging through the session
