Soft Plastic Crawfish Lure 8cm 5.3g PVC (Pack of 4)

Product Details

This soft plastic crawfish lure is an 8cm, 5.3g lobster-style bait made from soft PVC, with vivid, true-to-life detail in the body, claws and legs. Crawfish and other small crustaceans live on the bottom among stones, snags and weed, and many predators feed on them every day, so a bait in this shape is one of the most natural things you can put in front of a fish.

Fish it where a real crawfish lives: on the bottom. Rig it on a jig head, a Texas rig or a weedless hook, cast it out and let it sink until the line goes slack. Then drag it slowly across the bottom or lift the rod tip so the bait hops up and falls back, the way a crawfish scoots backwards when it is scared. Pause after each hop, as most takes come when the lure lands or sits still. On rocky ground, a weedless rig helps you avoid snags.

The 5.3g weight of the body adds a little bulk for casting, and at 8cm the profile is big enough to draw attention without looking out of place. Each lot holds 4 pieces, so you can change to a fresh bait when one gets torn.

• Lifelike lobster-style body, claws and legs look real up close
• Soft PVC feels natural, so fish hold on long enough to set the hook
• 8cm profile is big enough to be seen without looking out of place
• 5.3g body weight adds bulk for a smoother cast
• Fits a jig head, Texas rig or weedless hook for bottom fishing
• Lot of 4 pieces gives spares for snaggy ground
